Vivo launched its new smartphone in Indonesia officially, called Vivo V30 Pro. It is the successor to the Vivo V29 Pro which was launched last year. The V30 Pro comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC, a 6.78-inch AMOLED display, a 5,000mAh battery with 80W charging support and a 50MP triple rear camera setup. The phone comes in two color options, i.e. Equatorial Green and Volcanic Black. The Vivo V30 Pro has been priced at IDR 8,999,000 (approximately Rs. 47,600) for the sole 12GB RAM with 512GB internal storage model.
The Vivo V30 Pro sports a 6.78-inch 1.5k curved AMOLED display with a resolution of 2800 x 1260 pixels. The display features a 120Hz refresh rate, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, and up to 2800 nits peak brightness. As mentioned above, the handset is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC coupled with Arm Mali G610 MC6 GPU. The Vivo V30 is paired with 8GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage.

Regarding software, the smartphone runs on Android 14-based FunTouchOS 14 out of the box. The V30 Pro has an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance. As for the connectivity features, it includes 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.3, NFC, and a USB Type-C port.
For optics, the Vivo V30 Pro has offered a triple camera setup on the back that features a 50MP Sony IMX920 sensor with an f/1.88 lens, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle sensor with an f/2.0 lens, and a 50MP 2X telephoto camera with Sony IMX816 sensor and an f/1.85 lens. Talking about selfie camera, the smartphone offers a 50MP front-facing camera with an f/2.0 lens.
