Poco launched the newest smartphone in the Indian market. It introduced the Poco M7 5G which gets a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor paired with up to 8GB LPDDR4x of RAM. The other notable features of the smartphone are a 6.88-inch 102Hz display, a 50MP dual rear camera setup and a 5,160mAh battery.
Poco M7 5G Price in India and Availablity
The phone is priced in India at Rs. 9,999 for the 6GB RAM with 128GB internal storage model. The 8GB RAM with 128GB internal storage model carries a price tag of Rs. 10,999. However, the following prices are part of the first-day offer. After that, the base model will cost Rs. 10,499 and the upper model will carry Rs. 11,499. The Poco M7 5G comes in Satin Black, Mint Green and Ocean Blue color options.
The smartphone runs Android 14 with HyperOS. Furthermore, the company has confirmed that it will provide two years of Android updates and four years of security updates. There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication. In the photography, the Poco M7 5G sports a 50MP main camera with Sony IMX852 sensor alongside a secondary sensor.

It features a 120Hz refresh rate, up to 600nits of peak brightness, 20:9 aspect ratio, TUV Rheinland Low Blue Light and Flicker Free Certification. Under the hood, it is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC clubbed with Adreno 613 GPU. The device has up to 8GB of RAM with a RAM expansion feature of up to 12GB.
The handset gets an IP52 rating certification. In terms of connectivity features, it includes Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS+GLONASS, and a USB Type-C port. The Poco M7 5G also offers a 3.5mm headphone jack and FM radio. Speaking about storage, it provides 128GB of internal storage which is further expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card.
It is powered by a 5,160mAh battery with 18W fast charging option. Besides, it measures 171.88 x 77.8 x 8.22mm and weighs about 205.39 grams.
