In terms of SoC, the Galaxy M13 5G is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC along with the ARM Mali G57 GPU, while the Galaxy M13 4G model offers an octa-core Exynos 850 chipset. The M13 5G sports a dual-camera setup on the back penal that houses a 50MP primary sensor and a 2MP secondary sensor. On the front side, the M13 5G has offered a 5MP sensor. Coming to the Galaxy M13 4G variant, the phone has three sensors on the back a 50MP main sensor, a 5MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor.
